Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number and request.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — in such cases please refer to the Returns & Refund policy once you receive the product.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for cancelled orders (prior to dispatch) or for returned items that meet the return conditions (see section 3).

  • If you cancel an order before dispatch, we will refund the payment by the original payment method.

  • If you qualify for a refund after a return, the refund will also be processed back via your original payment method.

3. Returns & Refunds (after delivery)

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for a return and refund.

  • To qualify, you should notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing order number, description of issue and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all seals intact (unless the damage is as described).

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, though actual banking time may vary.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Cancelable Situations

  • Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled; the customer may need to use the returns process instead.

  • Products that have been opened, used, altered, or without original packaging/seals are not eligible for refund.

  • Products purchased during a specific promotion or sale (if applicable) may be non-refundable (you may specify this).

  • Refunds will not be granted merely because the product “did not work as expected” (unless there is a manufacturing fault or error on our part).

5. Partial Refunds / Deduction of Costs

  • In cases where the product seal is broken, packaging is damaged, or a long time has passed since delivery, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.

  • If you return an item for reasons other than our error (e.g., change of mind) you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage or wrong dispatch on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • Otherwise, the cost of shipping the item back to us may be borne by the customer.

7. Refund Timeline & Method

  • After approval, refunds are processed to the original mode of payment.

  • It may take some additional days for your bank or payment provider to credit your account.

  • If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable period, please contact us with your order details.

8. Changes to this Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the change.
